Our terms allow uploads only of files the user has the right to process. Converted files are private to the user who uploaded them.

Takedown requests

If you believe a file processed by FixMyScan infringes your rights, email legal@fixmyscan.com with:

• your name and contact details;
• the work concerned;
• anything that identifies the file or account, such as an email address;
• a statement that you hold the rights or are authorised to act for the person who does.

We may remove the file and close accounts that infringe repeatedly.
